There is a shockingly large number of illegally operating companies in Tanzania and we are NOT one of them. With quick responses to emails, our tour consultants will work with you to create your ideal dream holiday in Tanzania! Customer satisfaction is at the heart of all our operations, and we aim to go above and beyond the expectations. During the pre-tour briefing we ensure that all individuals are comfortable and fully prepared and the post-tour debriefing allows us to hear feedback and experiences which helps us to continuously improve.
We believe and are fortunate to have the friendliest and caring staff, and the success of our tours are largely dependent on them. Regular training programs, feedback and assessment for all staff has ensured that we have the best individuals on our team to deliver the highest standards of services. You will be spending majority of your time during the tour with one of our team members. You may meet our drivers, tour consultants, Mountain Inn staff, mountain guides, porters, cooks and safari driver-guides and others; some of whom will become your Tanzanian family.
We do not believe in out-sourcing:
To maintain the standard and the quality of our services we have our own high quality equipment which are hand-picked, tried and tested (mountain and safari tents, tables, chairs, portable toilets, portable beds etc.). We do not believe in hiring from a third party provider as we can never know the true condition of the equipment and provide a consistent level of service. We own our fleet of vehicles, that are regularly serviced and checked before and after all journeys.

We are based in Moshi, Tanzania; our office and staff are ideally located at the foot-hills of Kilimanjaro, which allows us to look after each guest. We are there when you need us!
